Refund Policy

Initial Consultation Period

For new engagements, we offer a 14-day initial consultation period. If you are not satisfied with our services during this period, you may request a full refund of any retainer or initial payment, minus any work already completed and documented.

Ongoing Projects

For ongoing consulting engagements, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered include:

  • Work completed and deliverables provided
  • Time and resources invested in the project
  • Specific circumstances leading to the refund request
  • Adherence to agreed-upon project scope and timeline

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed deliverables and reports
  • Time spent on research and analysis
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf
  • Training sessions already conducted

Service Modifications and Revisions

We understand that project requirements may evolve. Our approach to modifications includes:

  • Minor Revisions: Included within the original scope at no additional charge

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel consulting engagements with written notice. Cancellation terms include:

  • 30+ Days:Full refund of unused retainer, minus completed work
  • 15-29 Days:Refund of 50% of unused retainer, minus completed work
  • <14 Days:No refund of retainer; payment for all completed work required

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding services or billing, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. Our dispute resolution process includes:
